Luxe isn't switching on. Its flashing up ‘download mobile app’ i already have the app but also that is playing up and wont sync my watch 🤷🏼:female_sign:

As per the message on the watch's screen, it seems that your Luxe is asking you to pair it. So I'd suggest doing the following:
If you can't get started with your Luxe, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
