Luxe stuck on the Fitbit logo

Hi folks,

I put my Luxe on charge overnight for a low battery as I would ordinarily do. In the morning, the screen was non responsive. Thinking I had not attached it correctly the night before and the battery had drained, I tried again with multiple different adaptors. No luck - the screen remained unresponsive, save for an occasional flash of the Fitbit logo. I then tried to sync to the app - this also did not work (interestingly it did show Full Battery status, last synced 8 hours ago - so it would appear it did somehow sync once the battery was fully charged?). I then tried to manually reset using the button on the charger - I actually tried multiple times. I would sometime feel the vibrate as it connected to the charger, and then again a few flashes of the Fitbit logo, but also a few flashes of a white cross in a red circle. The screen has remained completely unresponsive apart from this. Any ideas of what else I can try? This is the first issue I've had since purchasing in May 2023. I've never seen the cross image appear before, and cannot find any troubleshooting guides that would indicate what it means.

Thank you for letting us know that your Luxe is no longer reacting and that it sometimes flashes a white cross in a red circle and for all your efforts.

Since you have tried the steps and your Inspire 3 still doesn't work, I need more information from you, which is best shared privately. I am sharing a link to a form for you to fill out here.
