Luxe stuck on the Timer app

The fitbit is stuck on the timer app and the only way to go back is to change the clock face, but it just goes back to timer. I can’t access anything, and now I need to have a whole process to check the time. Double tap does not work!

In addition to what you've tried, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?
