Luxe stuck on the relax screen

Can't get out of the relax screen.  Tried scrolling right, left, up, down.  Just want to get back to the home screen.  The luxe won't turn off either.  Help!

Hi @janmiller Double tapping will get you back to the home screen on the Luxe. If that isn't working for some reason then Restart your Tracker

Hi there, @janmiller. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. 

Have you tried what @NellyG has recommended? If the restart didn't work work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Double tapping did not work.  I actually put it on the charger, then off, then back on and it reset itself.  Thank you.
