the screen is still responsive, but displays a black/green screen. I’ve restarted it twice. I didn’t drop it, hit it against something or anything else that might’ve broken it, and the screen itself looks fine and has no cracks. What happened and how do i fix it? Or am i going to have to get a new one?

My Luxe watch has an empty screen except a light gray solid rectangle. Your suggestions were of no use.
Who is available to address this? Do I just throw it in the garbage? Bought 6 months ago. Somewhat disgusted.

The Moderator's post clearly explained what to do if the reset does not work: "Whether you followed our recommendations without luck, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Please click here to get connected."
