My Luxe had a medium charge when I put it on the charger and stepped in the shower. When I got out, it was completely gone! Screen is blank. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Same thing just happened to me! I had 14%, put it on the charger, and came back from a shower to a dead Luxe.

 

I moved it to a different charger and pressed the button on the end of the charger 3X, and it restarted - seems to be charging now. Maybe my other plug wasn't giving it enough power?

This is happening to me too. I charge it and it shows 95% and then won’t respond and is dead a couple hours later.
