My Fitbit won’t go back to eastern standard time even after syncing. Do I need to reset my devise?

Hi there, @Connie63. Welcome to the Community Forums. @NellyG Thank you so much for your help!
If you changed time zones and the time on your Luxe is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?
If the above works for your, I recommend changing your time zone to a complete different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

Hi @Connie63 .Yes I would try restarting a couple of times. Then sync again. Hopefully that will fix it.
