Just got a new Fitbit Luxe. Although I do not have an elliptical machine, and just walk at a good speed on the road, I keep on getting notices that I did an elliptical training, or half a walk and half elliptical, confused about that

Congrats on your new Fitbit Luxe. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for the information provided.

 

In this case, I would recommend restarting your Tracker by following these instructions.

 

In addition, please make sure to follow this guide to make sure you wear your Luxe correctly.
