Luxe turning off randomly

My Luxe started turning itself off randomly. When I plug it in, it says the battery is almost full. 
Just now I plugged it in and it said the battery is at 45%. A few minutes later it said 22% (while charging!). I restarted it and it suddenly said 79%. What the heck?

It also started randomly stopping exercise tracking. It’s basically becoming unusable.

I decided to order myself a different tracker. A cheaper smart watch that looks really pretty as I imagine it can’t be any worse than Fitbit at the moment and it was a third of the cost.

It was just a cheap one. Pretty. Amazon Bocloud smart watch for women. With Bluetooth. Sold by Bocloud Uk.
it was only delivered today and is still charging so it will take a few weeks to really know what it is like. It it bigger than I expected. I hadn’t wanted anything as large as an Apple Watch but this is similar in size but prettier. And the app lets you download whatever screen wallpaper of your choice. Like changing the wallpaper on a mobile phone.

Thanks for the information. I liked the small size of the Luxe but very disappointed with the problems they don't solve. They offered me 30% on another fitbit but I think I will definitely go with "back my liberty" and have normal watches like before. Always knowing how many hours I sleep, how many steps, what is my hearth rate ... In the end, my life was much better and less stressful before all these tools!

Update. The one I got from bocloud is not going to be my forever replacement. Slightly bigger than I want and too big for me to wear to bed so no sleep stats for me. Hope you all find a solution.

I have followed your lead voyagine and invested in a traditional watch. I have requested to delete my Fitbit account and once that is complete I will no longer have access to this community site. Shame. I loved my Fitbit and have had one for several years. Maybe once they fix everything I will start again with a new one. Best of luck everyone.

Also having the same issue and the customer service person gave me such a BS response about how I need to charge and sync my Fitbit as if I was lying or stupid! So frustrating!! I've had Fitbits for years but at this point think I may switch brands - such poor service for a comparatively expensive tracker!

I’m having the same issue with my Luxe. After 10 years with Fitbit, I’m ready to make a switch.

I am having this same issue too, battery %age is all over the place and sometimes wont charge. Today it was charged but only started tracking steps after I’d been up for hours, some days this week are showing complete blanks for hours when I was definitely moving around. Its less than 2 years old so Im hoping in warranty.

Other than 1 piece of feedback from Fitbit support. I’ve had nothing to instil confidence in the device 😡
