I have had a Fitbit Luxe since May 2022. I am very happy with it, but for a few weeks now it keeps turning off while the battery is almost full. I have done a soft reset and a hard reset, but this does not help. Does anyone know anything else I can do?

My husband and I have been having the exact same problems. One minute mine will say the battery is at 45% and the next 70%. Or his says 9% and we plug it in and suddenly it's at 90%. Also now every time I get an alert mine shuts off completely. The response about extending battery life is no help at all.
