Luxe turns off randomly. Very frustrating. C'mon FitBit, fix your product

Since Oct 2023, my Luxe has been turning off at random.  I find no correlation between being in the middle of a workout or not. It just goes blank / turns off .  It has charge.  None of the "fixes" posted in the forum have solved the problem.  Frustrating. Where is your technical team to fix this?
