Luxe turns off when the alarms goes off

I posted a thread before, but it said I'm done posting 😵💫🫠. To continue my issue I've had Luxe for 1 and a half year and the watch would turn off when my alarm went off. It would vibrate 3 times then shutdown. I've done all troubleshooting recommended. Such as restart, uninstall and reinstall to my android, factory reset, charge to full capacity but no avail. Is there one that I have not tried yet? I don't have time to call customer support and sit to wait for an answer for an hour according to the feedbacks here. I also don't want to spend hours fixing my phone either. Support is greatly appreciated.

Hi there, @Cloud_Atlas. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is turning off when the alarm goes off. I understand your concern, we are here to help!

Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Luxe and report that it keeps shutting down, the only suggestion is to reach out to our Customer Support Team who will be able to take a closer look into this issue and provide further help. I understand that you don't want to, but you've already exhausted all troubleshooting steps we could've provided here.

Please note that our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. Because of this, our Warranty Policy  is set into providing as much coverage as we can. For more information about our warranty, see fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty

This happened to me last year. I think it just a symptom of the battery losing it's life, at least in my case. I was sad when it happened to me because the watch wasn't even 2 years old yet, and there was no way to replace to rechargeable battery. I reluctantly bought a new watch, since it was already past warranty. Now I'm better at not leaving my watch on the charger too long, or lettering it drain below 20%, which is supposed to help keep the battery life longer, but will see if that helps this time. I also always keep my watch in DND mode so it doesn't vibrate unless I have an alarm set. The vibration uses more battery, so I think this keeps my watch charged longer, which helps give it a longer life. I hope this helps.
