Luxe unable to synch

Hi. After working correctly, my 2-month-old Luxe has stopped synching all of my notifications but continues to synch steps and sleep info. I have:

  • checked that my Fitbit app is up to date,
  • checked that the Luxe doesn't have any updates available,
  • restarted my Luxe,
  • force stopped the app,
  • turned Bluetooth off and back on,
  • restarted the Luxe,
  • and set it up again as a new tracker.

 

In short, I have tried every solution I could find on the Fitbit site and on this forum, with no luck. I receive no notifications at all in spite of receiving emails and texts on my Pixel 3a (up to date with Android 12). Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
