Luxe vibration motor is too weak

I just upgraded from a Charge 3 to a Luxe. My favorite Fitbit feature has always been the reminder to move, and I never had problems with that reminder on the Charge 3 (or on the Charge 2 I had before that). On this new Luxe, though, the vibration is not strong enough, despite the fact that I went into Settings and set Vibrations to strong. I keep missing the reminders because I can't feel these vibrations! Is anyone else having this problem? It makes me mad that I spent the money on this new device. I should have stuck with the old one, which worked fine!

I agree my Luxe doesn't seem to have any difference between normal and strong on the vibration. Other than a few benefits with my health insurance, the reason I use the band if for morning alarm. MarreFitbit is there anyway this can be upgraded with an update....
