Luxe was found on app but won't connect

I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps. Uninstaller and reinstalled the app, restart the luxe, turn on and off Bluetooth, wifi, removing the device and couldn't add the device back on the firbit app because it just showed device found but unable to connect. Any other way to fix this problem?

I'm having the same problem.   

 

Finally got it going again.  The only thing I hadn't tried yet was restarting my phone.  It worked after I did that.

I just bought mine today and it will not connect   its drving me bonkers
