Luxe white band has gotten stained

I have the Lunar White Luxe and I wore a black sweater.  The band now has black on the edges of the band that will not wash off.

Has anyone had this happen and how do you get the stains off the band?

Hi there, @Illuministic. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to wash off the stain on your band before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

 

In addition to what you've done, I'd recommend trying to follow our Wear and Care.

I tried using isopropyl alcohol and the discoloration is still there.  Is this a known issue?  Had I known this would happen,  I would have purchased the Luxe with a black band.
