Luxe white screen

My Fitbit luxe seems to be functioning when I look at the app however, the screen doesn’t show anything but a bright white blank screen and the display was working just fine moments ago. I have tried rebooting it with 3x3 presses and nothing. I have also tried changing clock face, also nothing. I am updating the firmware now and the watch is responding with vibration, but screen is still white. Help appreciated.

I am currently having the same issue as you. I have tried the three times three. I have tried changing the clock face. And as you I'm having just a bright white screen displaying. It is vibrating at the three times three and it is syncing with my phone. But that is all I get. Please let me know if you find any answers thank you.

I did all the same and the watch is behaving the same as you wrote. No solution so far, I think we can say goodbye to our watches. Do you mind telling how old your watch is? I bought mine in January 2022.

I am having the exact issue also. Nothing suggested has worked. Bought in September 2022.
