Luxe will crash whenever I try using the water lock

I’m an avid swimmer and having a Fitbit that tracks my swims is the main reason I have one

lately, every time I try to turn on the water lock the screen goes blank and the only way to revive it is by putting it on the charger.

everything else seems to be working fine

Hi there, @ClaireD68. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is crashing whenever you try using the water lock. I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
