Luxe will not sync

Starting this morning, my Versa2 and my wife’s Luxe will not sync to the App on our iPhone 13’s. Followed all the troubleshooting steps but none solved the problem. Both FitBits have the latest firmware and both FitBit Apps have been updated on our iPhones in the last 6 days. Please help solve this issue. The FitBit devices are worthless if they won’t sync to the App. I feel the latest FitBit App update might be the problem. Really dumb that I am forced to pick a label that only refers to Inspire.

Please, make sure to follow these steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
