I would like to notify that the official iron wristband for Fitbit luxe is really unreliable… it’s going to open up too easily putting at risk of lost the device. It happened to me while biking (luckily I immediately noticed and I was able to rescue the Fitbit) and undressing some sport clothes. 
Im very sorry because it’s so cute, but I’m not going to use it anymore. 
perhaps some of your experts can improve it.

Sorry for @MarreFitbit but your edit is not correct. The wristband gets undone NOT ONLY when facing other metal, but really casually, because a bump while driving a bike of undressing a shirt with sleeves. I would kindly ask to correct your edit. Thanks

I did that & they refused to help me because I was past the 45 days. It is a useless $80 purchase & I will never make another purchase due to this experience. The item has a design flaw that Fitbit refuses to take responsibility for.
