Luxe won’t accurately record bedtime sleep times

Sometimes my Luxe will not accurately record the time I go to bed. For example, last night I got into bed at 10:30 pm and was asleep by about 11:00 pm, but my Luxe today showed I got into bed at 1:30 am and fell instantly asleep.
This has happened before and I have edited that sleep log to reflect the correct bedtime, but it then eliminated all the sleep data for that night.

@courtcar ,  A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you  for your message.

Please try wearing the Luxe a bit tighter during your sleep. If the tracker senses movement although your heart rate gets lower, it might "think" that you are still awake.
Another thing to check is to have the settings as normal and not sensitive.

Same problem for me. Usually about 3hrs off from when I go to sleep. I've tried every suggestion I can find. Worst fitness tracker I've ever owned. I've owned 2 Fitbits and a Halo and this Luxe is the worst as far as data accuracy. Actually thing about tossing it.

@SunsetRunner , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your report and efforts.

Could you please describe what you already tried, so that I don't ask you again, if not needed?
Did you tried the tips on my previous post?

Luxe Fitbit was already on Normal. Tried wearing it tighter to bed but last night it said I went to bed at 12:30 am when I actually went to bed at 10:30 pm.

I have the same problem and it shows Sleeping at 5am when I go to bed at midnight. Yet it shows the Wake up at the correct time.
Setting is Normal. I changed the time zone from Automatic to Manual, then back to Automatic.

Seems like this is a rampant problem. Somebody needs to figure it out or
replace these devises. Wife's Charge doesn't miss a beat.

Tried your tips.
Loosened strap
Tightened strap
Moved up higher on wrist
Moved to the underside of wrist
Tried normal and sensitive settings
Reset Luxe, removed app and reinstalled both
Made sure bedtime was auto

Seems like a common problem with other Luxe users🤷🏼‍:male_sign:
