Luxe won't alert me about my text or call notifications

Can someone help me with my text messages and phone calls on my luxe? My lux won't show my text messages or phone calls. It will notify me of emails but that is all.

As a first approach, please restart your Luxe by following these steps. Then, test the notifications to see if they come through now. 

If the above doesn't work, I'd recommend checking whether your Luxe is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
• The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
