When I put my Fitbit on the charger the other day, it vibrated as it normally would when you plug it in, but it wouldn't charge. I tried a few USB ports that have other devices connected and working but nothing. Now it's no longer vibrating when putting it on the charger and it won't restart. The app says it's dead. I've tried cleaning the charger prongs and the back of the Fitbit but it's still not charging.

Hi there, @Bee1fit2. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is not charging anymore. I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.
Sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try the restarting your Luxe. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.
Hope this helps!
