Luxe won't charge anymore

Luxe will not charge, even with a new charging cable purchased last week.

I would add that I use rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl 70%) with cotton buds to detail the charging contacts on the back of my Fitbit (warm soapy water is a good alternative) Where they suggest 30 minutes on charge I would say 60 minutes particularly if your device was fully discharged.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
