My Luxe doesn’t seem to charge; no screen at all. It’s
not working at all. Trying to figure out if I can reboot it but can’t find any help anywhere..

Hi @Espooner117 Try restarting it a few times. If that doesn't help then you will need to contact Fitbit Support

Did your Luxe vibrate when you perform the restart? If it didn't, please try following the troubleshooting steps provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Something similar started happening to me yesterday although my issue isn't battery related. My FitBit was at around 75% charged and suddenly went dark and unresponsive. I had to plug it in to the charger (still unresponsive) and use the button to restart it. Once it restarted, I had lost several thousand steps that I had taken. Then again today the screen went dark and unresponsive, I restarted it again using the charger and again lost several thousand steps. An hour later it went dark again.

I would love to say that they are supporting me but honestly I've not gotten any help. I was told in online chat that until it breaks again and I can prove it's happening, they won't help. They then said they would send an email with how to reach out when it happens again but I've received no email. Now I am attempting to call but the representative that was speaking with me disconnected while pulling up my account. The malfunction happened for a 4th time today and I recorded video of it but have no where to send it.
