Luxe won't charge or turn on

My Luxe will not charge and it will not restart. It vibrates when I do the restart, but there is no display at all. What should I do now. I just got it for Christmas!

Hi, @dbaird , if your Fitbit does not seem to be charging, a good first step is to clean the charging contacts.  You can find instructions on how to do that here   It is also worth trying to plug it in with a difference charging plug / and or socket.

 

Once the contacts are nice and clean and you have confirmed you are using a working charging plug and socket, give it a couple of hours charge and then try the restart procedure again.  

If after trying these steps you still have a blank display, it is time to get in touch with Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com .  They will be able to help you further.  Be sure to let them know the troubleshooting steps you have already tried, as that will save time.
