Last week I charged my Luxe. The battery indicator said the battery was charged to 48%, which was strange because I thought I’d charged it to 100%
I wore the Luxe all week, and the indicator never changed from 48%. This morning the battery was completely drained.
I put the Luxe on the charger. It turned on, then started vibrating and wouldn’t charge.

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?. Afterwards, please try charging your Luxe and see how it goes.
