I used the device for 2 years, and it doesn’t work these days. The power is gone, and the screen never work. What can I do to solve this problem?

Hi there, @Jinijini0000. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe isn't charging nor turning on. I'll do my best to help you to get you back on track!
Sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try the restarting your Luxe. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.

My Luxe has no data from last night. Completely shut down after having been fully charged and having restarted the Fitbit. Second night this has happened this week.

I have mine for only three days and it won't charge to 100% it stay at 99%.
And I have already restarted it.
What I have to do? (I know it's not a big issue but it's bothered me)

Mine is doing the same. Switches off when still plenty of charge. Tried restart and reset. Today switched off when 91 pcent. This is happening regularly and very annoying. Nothing on help to support
