Luxe won't charge to 100%

Been at 13% for over 15 hours.

Hi, @cao_35, welcome to the community, you may be interested in this article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  which contains guidance and advice. I advise you to check the back of your "Luxe" to ensure the contacts are clean, I use rubbing alcohol and cotton wool pads but warm soapy water will work.
