Luxe won't charge

Mine is 3 days old and it won’t charge either. I wish I would have gotten an Apple Watch for a little extra money

Hi @Jessiegirl27,

 

Are the ports on the charger and the contacts on the device clean?  Both need to be cleaned in order to get a good, strong connection.  

 

Also, how long did you leave it on the charger?  It needs to be on the charger a good 2 hours in order to get a good charge.

Mine won’t charge either. I’ve only had it about a month. How did they solve this?

I returned it and got an Apple Watch. I loved my Fitbits but it’s useless to me if it’s dead. The Apple Watch is pretty awesome 🤩

My Fitbit stopped charging as well. I went through everything on the list you recommended but nothing is working. I tried doing an online chat but your website said it’s not available…. Now what?
