I could not get my nuluxe to charge. I tried 3 different Outlets with no luck. I finally read to charge on my laptop. That works. But what happens when I am traveling and do not have my laptop. Is charging an issue with the Lux

Hello @Mstomlin and welcome to the Help forum.  You say you tried different outlets, but did you try a different charging block?
