Luxe won't charge

After only a month of having the Luxe. I've gone to recharge it last night and after initially showing the 'charging symbol' it stopped charging and now won't charge at all. Very disappointing. The contacts on the unit are clean, as are the pins on the charger. I've tried various other media on the same USB charger and they worked fine. Not happy, please help!

Hi,

I am having the same issue getting my luxe to charge after only having it for a month. It is currently completely dead with a black screen. I've seen the troubleshooting tips and nothing has seemed to help. There is no damage to the charger or tracker itself.

I contacted the chat function and was put through. They told me to do all
the checks (which is already done before contacting them) and still to no
avail. They concluded the fitbit was defective and sent me a case number
and a form to complete to get a no cost replacement. It arrived yesterday
and so far so good.
