To better assist you, please confirm that you've restarted your Luxe as instructed here. If the restart hasn't worked, please follow the tips and recommendations provided by @Jrdubyakc.

Hi,
I have done everything in the trouble shooting. I just received my Lux on Saturday and it has not charged about 40%. I've tried everything in trouble shooting many times.
It will connect but only charges 2 or 3 seconds
