Luxe won't charge

have gone threw the procedures numerous times.  Still will not charge properly

To better assist you, please confirm that you've restarted your Luxe as instructed here. If the restart hasn't worked, please follow the tips and recommendations provided by @Jrdubyakc

Hi,

 

I have done everything in the trouble shooting.  I just received my Lux on Saturday and it has not charged about 40%.  I've tried everything in trouble shooting many times.

 

It will connect but only charges 2 or 3 seconds
