My luxe suddenly won’t charge… I’ve followed the cleaning steps online and tried different outlets and still won’t charge. Unsure if the luxe is the issue or charger. Any help?

Yes have restarted my Fitbit and have also followed the cleaning instructions as above and it still won’t charge when connected to the charger
