Luxe won't charge

First my fitbit was wanting to charge until i was finally able to get it to connect right. Let it fully charge, i put it on at 11:44pm apps says it was fully charged the luxe said it was. Literally the. Next morning its at 2%. Does anyone know whats going on? 

 

Update:  My fitbit was not wanting to charge* its been acting weird and i havent had any issues in the past.
