My daughter's fitbit luxe which she received for Christmas will not charge. We have cleaned all the charging bits with alcohol and cotton swab and the actual wall port does work. We do not have another charger compatible to test with. Any ideas on what to do?

Hi there, @Lorax88. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your daughter's Luxe is still not charging. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please note that sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
Nevertheless, please make sure you've followed all tips and recommendations provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

For charging purposes, your charging cable or your base station can be plugged into any USB power source, including but not limited to:

My daughter's Fitbit Luxe won't work. We have bought a new charger and it hasn't helped. It's still under warranty. How do I go about getting it replaced?

Hi Maria,
We've tried all the trouble shooting suggestions and none have helped.
It's as though the watch is completely dead.
What should I do from here?
