I had msg that my Luxe had available update this morning. It has been a nightmare ever since I started update. I got the x inside the red circle which means update didn’t take I guess. I have tried: cable button restart, Bluetooth forget, Bluetooth off and on etc…… It is alive now but date and time of day all completely wrong.

Hi there, @Lisajd. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the inconvenience with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
As @Gr4ndp4 has mentioned, keep in mind that your Luxe may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. Please take a look at the help articles @Gr4ndp4 has shared with you.
Once you managed to sync your Luxe, try to complete the firmware update. If you run into issues once more time, please see Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

Hi, @Lisajd , welcome to the community, incorrect date & time are symptoms of a device that has not synced. Have a look at How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? .
I hope this helps.
Cheers
