My Luxe stops in the middle upon upload on my iPhone. It's so annoying. It's not logging my steps. I keep having to reset it. Is anyone else having this problem. One time I had to contact tech and completely start over. Reuploading my app and all. Please help!

Hi there, @LBreece. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe and your efforts in trying to troubleshoot this issue.
To better assist you, please confirm if you've tried removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Luxe automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

I am having a similar issue and have to regularly turn off Bluetooth and back on. I’ve also re-paired yesterday after getting new phone and still have issues today. I thought I had a dud, but maybe it’s just a poor quality product.
