Luxe won't connect to my iPhone's Bluetooth

I cannot get my luxe to connect to my iphone.  It will not sync and neither will blue tooth

I just received the Luxe for my birthday yesterday, couldn’t wait to try it on and get going!!!! It’s not working and can’t figure out who to talk to someone or how to get it replaced etc. please help. Thank you !!!
