I just barely got a new Luxe in the mail. It is not connecting to the app on phone or Windows 10. It was also at 100% before leaving for work and now that I am at work it is already down to 83%. How do I connect it? Do I need a new one?

Hi there, @keirsten119. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here. If you haven't done so yet, please see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? 

You need a compatible Android phone, iPhone, or iPad to set up new Fitbit devices. You can’t set up or sync with Windows 10 devices.

Regarding the battery, please see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
