A few days ago my Luxe suddenly started to not Sync with my android phone. It appears that it is no longer connected. I have (several times!) re-installed the FitBit app, turned bluetooth on and off, restarted my Luxe. My phone can find the Luxe but it wont connect and just keeps telling me to do the same thing - bluetooth off & on, charged at least 20%, restart the device!
Help please!

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
