Luxe won't connect to my phone's Bluetooth anymore

My luxe stopped syncing with my phone. So, I disconnected Bluetooth and now cannot reconnect. I have tried at least a dozen pairing codes but it will not connect. I have turned the Bluetooth on and off and reset the luxe with the USB charger button.

Hi there, @Jacquelyn12. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community. It's sad to hear that your Luxe is still not connecting to your phone's Bluetooth despite the steps you've tried so far. I'll be glad to continue assisting you with this. 

In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Luxe from your old phone's Bluetooth and also from the new phone.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Luxe again.


With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Luxe first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Thank you. I have been able to get it connected again, after restarting my phone. It took another 3 or 4 pairing codes until, suddenly it worked.
