Luxe won't connect to my phone's Bluetooth anymore

I recently got a new phone and had to download everything again. For whatever reason my luxe was disconnected from the Fitbit app and now can’t reconnect. If I search for a device in the app it can’t find it. Bluetooth is on, have tried all the trouble shooting tips (Bluetooth off and on, deleting and reinstalling app, turning phone off and on again and charging Fitbit and pressing button on charger). Nothing works. What can I do? Thanks

No suggestions from me. I am having a similar issue.
AARP rewards is supposed to import my Fitbit data, but I have to keep removing aarp app from Fitbit connected apps, and then from aarp, sync my Fitbit. And it works for a couple of days. I’ve had to do this 3 times since the last week of September. I sync my Fitbit luxe with the Fitbit app on my Ipad, but sync my Fitbit scale with the Fitbit app on my Iphone. AARP told me that maybe that’s the problem-if I walk with my iPhone, I should have the Fitbit luxe sync with the Fitbit app on iPhone. So she told me to connect the luxe to the Fitbit app on iPhone after disconnecting it from Fitbit app on iPad. Well I spent an hour trying- doing all the same things they suggest and that you did. In that hours only one time did it find the luxe and tell me it was connecting- 10 minutes later it was still connecting.

so yeah, something is definitely wrong. I fortunately was able to reconnect my Fitbit luxe to my IPad.

sure hope they can fix that issue of luxe not connecting to phone Fitbit.

I have had this same problem for months.  My Luxe also won't hold a charge longer than a day, some days not more than a few hours.  The only solution I've found is close the app (swipe away on Apple), go to Bluetooth, forget the Luxe, reopen the app and try not to think about it for a while.  It can take hours for the phone and Luxe to find each other for pairing.  It might last a few days, it might last a few hours.

I did notice that Google wants us to add our phones to the app for step tracking, which I refuse to do.  Maybe that's part of it?  With the awful new app, battery issues and pairing problems, I get so little data it's hardly worth wearing.  I also use it as a watch.  Most times I try to check the time of day, the screen won't wake up.  The transition to Google has been terrible.

So yesterday I was syncing my luxe on Fitbit app on my iPad- it just sat there looking for the luxe. I finally disconnected the Fitbit from my iPad and then tried to pair it again- nope, just kept looking for it. Finally after 20 minutes or so I gave up and tried pairing the luxe to my iphone(which had not worked previously) and it did pair!  It initially doubled my steps(having added what was on the Fitbit device to what was already in the Fitbit app, but later that corrected. I revoked access to several apps that import Fitbit data and then re-connected those apps to Fitbit. However the apps did not pull in the current number of steps that showed on my Fitbit device & app. I finally gave up.

well, this morning at least one of the apps connected to Fitbit is importing the correct number of steps. I’ll have to check later today on the other 2 apps to make sure they also are importing my steps.

I'm having same problem I can't sync my Luxe.  I've tried all troubleshooting.   Very frustrating I rely on this for continuing my weight loss goals.
