My luxe stopped syncing about a month ago, but I only noticed a few days ago. The date is suddenly one day out. It just goes in circles, trying to connect, then reappears on available device option. I have restarted my phone, restarted my luxe and deleted the app, but my luxe will still not connect to either my phone or laptop. Running android 11, had no issues since May when I got it. Getting rather frustrated 😒

Hi @RMGreening You are right,syncing g issues are very annoying. Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing issues
