Luxe won't connect to my phone

I was trying to connect my luxe on my phone but I doesn’t do anything, please advise thank you.

Hi @Tessbuldit_77   Is it a new device you are trying to set up? Try How do I set up my tracker  and/or Why can't I set up my tracker? 

Is it a device that did previously sync OK? Try Why won't my tracker sync?
