I’ve noticed if I am not moving my arms while walking. My Luxe is not tracking my steps. I can be walking and looking at my Fitbit and the steps do not increase. Any way to change sensitivity?

Hi @shortyshimota these are wrist based devices and rely on your hand movements to recognize the steps. If you were to push a cart or hold something in your hand, it might not count those steps. It's normal and actually, it seems to even out over time. The only setting would be dominant or non-dominant hand.

Hi there, @shortyshimota. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.
As @Odyssey13 has mentioned, if you're doing something like pushing a stroller or shopping cart, your wrist-based device will count your steps but the total may be slightly lower than usual. For more information, see How accurate are Fitbit device?
Hope that helps.

Slightly lower? More like 1,000 steps lower.

@shortyshimota -- to expand on @Odyssey13's answer, you can increase sensitivity by wearing the Luxe on your dominant hand, but using the non-dominant setting on the app.
