Tried settings recommendations, Turned off and back on.   Any other thoughts, how can I get help?

Hi there, @MJ120. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. 

To better assist you with this, may I know if you're you receiving text notifications but only seeing the sender's name or cannot open the text message? In order for me to move forward, would you mind checking if the following is enable on your phone? Open the Message+ app, then go to "Settings", then "Notifications", then "In-app notification settings", then enable "Preview new messages".

If the above wasn't enable, try enabling it and then test your notifications to see if they can be open the way it's expected.
