Luxe won’t give me sleep score, HRV or BR

I’ve had my Luxe for a week now and I have to say, I’m extremely disappointed with it functions. My partner got a generic gogum watch from Amazon for half the price, and she has twice the amount of data than I do. How is that possible? I thought I was getting the best type of fitness/sleep tracker by opting for a Fitbit. 

I tried to get support via the chat function multiple times and the screen will not even load. I called Support yesterday and they had me restart my watch and reinstall it etc. etc. because I was not seeing a sleep score, HRV or BR. I did receive a sleep score the night following that call but now it is not giving me the information again. What the heck? I have 5 nights of sleep tracked and only one sleep score and one night BR / HRV data. This is extremely frustrating. I wanted this watch to track basic functions like my heart rate my sleep and it’s not doing any of that consistently. 

I have until January 31 to return this watch to Amazon please tell me why I shouldn’t do that 😕
