For starters, it won't hold a charge, I'm having to charge it almost every other day. It's also having issues, syncing to the app and my phone and notifying me of things. Does this mean it's on it's last legs even if it's less than a year old?

Please note because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary.
Nevertheless, if your Luxe's battery isn't lasting as expected, please see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?. Also, please make sure that your Luxe is up-to-date.
Regarding the syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Keep in mind if your Luxe is not syncing, it won't notify you either about your notifications. If the syncing issue is solved, but the notifications are still not coming through, see Why are notifications delayed or missing?

I'm having the same issue with my Luxe. I've already charged it 2x today, will wear it for a few hours and then it vibrates to tell me low battery level. It's currently on the charger for the 3rd time now. This is disappointing as my Luxe isn't even a year old yet.

Hi, I'm having the same issues with my Luxe, the charge is only lasting around 2 days and I've done all of the things suggested to extend the battery life. I don't get notifications through it at all, don't have the screen coming on unless I tap it etc. Is there anything else I can do?

Hi. I just received mine after a long wait in shipping. Not only did it not hold a charge for more than 5 hours, it does not charge completely. Is it not supposed to get to a 100% capacity?
I am also feeling the screen issues as well. I am starting to think my finger is damaged because the swiping is so annoying.
Thinking this may be a lemon and we need to get replacements.
