Luxe won't hold a charge

This latest update really messed up my Luxe. I will charge it for hours only for the battery to drain completely in less than 24 hours. I have done all of the trouble shooting so please don't suggest them. Come up with a different and better solution.

Mine too although it has been going on for a while  Every morning the display is black and  no amount of shaking gets it to work so I plug it into the charger Super annoying

Did you get a solution from them?  I am seriously thinking of buying a new fit bit (from a different company) as this experience has been so frustrating.  Am looking for something other than Apple Watch.   Anyone have any recommendations?   And hilariously I just got a badge for being a member of Fit Bit Community for 10 years.   Nice customer service.

I never heard from them. They have never had great customer service and
only seem to care about sales.
